I watched... Batman Returns!
Bill Johnson and I went to see Batman Returns at the Friday, June 19, 12:45 p.m. matinee. I was very disappointed in the attendance. Maybe it was was because it was a matinee or possibly because everyone went to the midnight showing... I don't know. But I thought the movie was great. I think it was a lot funnier than Batman. I loved Alfred's sarcastic attitude. The Kelly Bundy-ish Ice Princess was quite humorous. The aquarium-activated access to the Batcave was interesting. We also got to see a little tiny bit of Batman and Commissioner Gordon's relationship. The new Batarang was incredibly stupid, however. Overall, it was really good, and I'm glad Catwoman made it through alive.
